International Equine Science Meeting

Objective: Several years have passed since the last international meeting of equine scientists. There is an urgent need for equine scientists from the fields of biology, psychology, and veterinary medicine to come together, exchange experiences, coordinate research, make knowledge available for practical application, and engage in discussions both among themselves and with trainers. In addition, there is an urgent need for dialogue to strengthen and coordinate the “Equine Sciences” program in Europe. Increased cooperation and coordination will improve scientific output as well as the application of scientific findings for the benefit of the horse.
